Bookings, quotes and pricing

• Prices and availability shown on the site are a guide and may change. A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and any required deposit and signed hire agreement are in place.
• The hire of equipment itself is governed by our separate Equipment Hire Agreement, which you sign before pickup. If anything in these website terms conflicts with the Hire Agreement, the Hire Agreement applies to the hire.
• Where GST applies, it will be shown or noted with the price.

Your privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Revma Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Disclaimer and liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
